Welcome to the Charlottetown Tennis Club Registration Form.  Please read through these instructions before beginning to register:

• The Prime Contact information (with asterisk *) must be filled in. Fill out all fields that are appropriate for your registration.
• If you choose Family membership, please remember to choose "Family" as the Membership Type for all members.
• If you are registering Junior Member(s) only, please complete the Primary Contact area and the appropriate Junior Member area(s). (Note: Juniors must be 5 years old to participate.)
• Please fill in Age (as of January 1, 2024) and Gender info for all applicants. 
• Before proceeding to payment, check your Total Cost carefully, to ensure it is the correct total that you expect. No refunds after May 1, 2024.
• Secure payment is via PayPal. You can use a PayPal account or pay by Credit or Debit card. 
  
• Lessons: Please indicate your interest in lesson programs (which will be confirmed at a later time).
